	Synopsis
	A pampered socialite (Brittany Murphy) is tossed out of her cushy pad after her manager steals her fortune, thus forcing her to take a job as a nanny for a spoiled 8-year-old (Dakota Fanning). The two form a close bond as they discover that they have much in common.
